Guarantee For Reserved Appointments

We require a credit card number or gift certificate to hold your appointment time once your reservation is completed. For  our repeat clients, we may waive this guarantee requirement to hold the appointment time.

All reservations at Plumyumi are accepted with the understanding that in the event of a last minute cancellation or failure to keep an appointment we will charge the cancellation fee on your credit card or gift certificate.

Gratuities

At your discretion, you may choose to leave a gratuity for services  completed during your visit. Spa menu prices do not include gratuity. You may also choose to convey your thanks and appreciation by rebooking your next visit before leaving, making a retail purchase or by recommending Plumyumi to a friend.
